TJ is a National Academy of Sports Medicine & Pre-Script certified fitness coach based in New York City.

  • Submit videos of up to five (5) exercises for which you’ll receive detailed, professional feedback on form, biomechanics, and technique. You’ll get clear cues, corrections, and movement adjustments to help you lift safer, stronger, and more efficiently. Ideal for preventing injury, improving performance, and unlocking better results from every rep.

  • Elevate your training with a personalized program built just for you.
